Periodic Maintenance
Periodic maintenance is, by regulation, a monthly visit by a competent service. We record lubrication, safety circuit, door adjustment, pit water and machine-room checks.
That record is the building manager’s legal file. Yearly inspection is done by an A-type body under the municipality protocol; we prepare the unit, they apply the official label.
An unmaintained elevator can be sealed. In Bursa the contract is written after survey. Busy sites can be visited more often.
