Hydraulic elevators are practical in low- and mid-rise buildings. The cylinder and power unit sit in the pit or an adjacent room; machine-room needs differ from traction. After a survey we often propose hydraulic for villas, small blocks and some shops.
Load, pit depth and unit location follow the measure. Energy and oil temperature are watched under the maintenance contract. On existing hydraulics, seals, hoses and valves may fall into modernization.
