Performance

Performance is speed, capacity, waiting time and stopping accuracy. Too few cars queue residents; too much speed wastes money in a small building. Traffic is discussed on survey.

An old controller and doors cut performance. Modernization packages link to energy, safety and full-renewal headings.

On a Bursa survey, stops and estimated daily cycles belong on the form; we use a site measure, not a lab simulation.
