Elevators run all day. A poor design, incomplete install or skipped maintenance leads to frequent faults. In Bursa we can combine monthly maintenance, planned wear-part replacement and 24/7 service in one contract.
Monthly visits cover lubrication, safety contacts, door gear, pit and machine room (or MRL overhead). Records support the building manager’s legal file and the yearly inspection. Maintenance is not the A-type yearly exam.
We maintain units we installed, modernized or that another brand fitted — after a survey. Busy sites can be visited more often. The 24/7 line is for faults and entrapment.
